The Challenge

With the growth Trailfinders continues to experience, year after year, they are always looking for ways to reduce costs and improve their customer's experience. The typical itinerary was text based, sent to travel agents by fax or email.

Always visionary, Trailfinders wanted to provide instantaneous, real-time access to itineraries, often while they were still on the phone with their client. This would allow Trailfinders and the client to review the travel plans and make real-time decisions related to the logistics of the current travel plans.

The Solution

Dynamic proposed its dynamicXport technology, designed to leverage the existing business rules in their custom dL4 application and rapidly deliver real-time itineraries stored within database. After initial consultation and training from Dynamic, the Trailfinders software development team launched their web based initiative.
