I forgot my user
account login, can you retrieve it for me?
No, we do not retrieve lost passwords for
user accounts. The only account that we have
control over is admin@domain.com. You can change
a user's password by logging into http://mail.dynamic.net
and going to the drop-down menu labeled "Options
and Styles" and choosing "User Administration".
There you should be able to select the user
and change its password.

Why can't I send/receive
email?
There are many possible reasons why email messages
are not getting through. The first thing you
should do is ensure that you email client is
configured correctly.
The next thing to do is check if you can still
receive email from your Web
Mail account. If you are able to see your
email there than it means that your account
is sending/receiving mail, but its not getting
to your email client and you should check your
email client documentation for a solution.
If you're email is not showing up online than
please contact us.
To better help us isolate the problem please
be ready to explain at what time and to/from
whom your email is not going.
