Support Desk

Occasionally, support issues arise and you will need some technical assistance. Dynamic's online support desk system is easy, automatic and designed to get you the best technical advisor for the specific technical issue you may be experiencing. The process gets your reported issue listed immediately and allows you to monitor its progress. To submit a request, sign in with your user name and password to log a technical problem to the support desk. When you submit a request you will need to assign it to a category, set the priority of the problem, and give a brief description. Once you submit a request a technical advisor will investigate the reported issue and respond within the same business day. Some requests might be labeled as more difficult and will require assignment and pricing for on-going work. You can check the status of any of your requests at any time when you log in to the support desk.

For emergency critical failure type of problems, please call 949.215.1200 a technician will be paged and will contact you within fifteen minutes of the page.

Always include a complete description of your problem or question, and contact information for yourself so we can respond to your problem in the fastest manner possible!

Online Guide

A ProStores merchant always has access to a complete library of online user guides while in the store administration area of their site. While logged in to Store Administration click on "Online Guide" link in the upper right-hand corner. There are more than 10 separate user guides ranging from 10 to 200 pages in Adobe Acrobat format that can be viewed, searched, downloaded and printed anytime. These user guides provide details on a range of topics of varying complexity. Some guides review basic information such as building and opening your store and others provide extensive details on customizing your storefront functionality while leveraging the powerful ProStores Markup Language.
