May 18, 2010On Tuesday, May 18th, during the maintenance window between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. PST. Cox will be performing a planned upgrade on our core routing infrastructure affecting their Internet feed to our Dynamic facility. Customers could be impacted during this brief period.
Applications utilizing persistent TCP connections like SSH, Telnet and VPN may experience brief timeouts if you are being routed here through Cox. We suggest that all such connections are closed before 5:00 p.m. and may resume at 7:00 p.m.
Dynamic is going Paperless!
Mar 1, 2010In keeping with protecting our environment, Dynamic Concepts is going paperless!
As of May 1st, we will begin emailing all invoices and statements to the billing email account we have on file for your organization. We will be contacting you in the coming weeks to ensure that we have the correct billing information in our database.
If you would like to continue receiving paper invoices, a surcharge of $2.50 will be added to each paper invoice generated after April 30th.

Upgrade to Software Assurance Premium and we'll include, at no additional charge, whatever amount of space you need to fully backup all of your UniBasic/dL4 applications and data* to our backup servers. Discounted programs are available to backup other files, documents, databases and servers. If you need assistance, Dynamic can configure your server(s) to remotely and securely backup your data nightly.
