A beta release of dL4Term, including both Telnet and SSH (secure shell) support is now available by special request using our consultation form.

Because this product includes strong encryption, the beta version is only available to customers in the United States of America and Canada. Dynamic is in the process of applying for an export license for its products, which will allow their use in all but a handful of countries. UniBasic, dL4 and dynamicXport forthcoming releases will also include database encryption technology and will be subject to export restrictions.

EXPORT COMPLIANCE: The dL4Term beta contains encryption technology subject to United States export regulations. By installing this software, Customer warrants that he/she is: (1) a citizen of the United States or Canada; and (2) not listed on the Bureau of Export Administration's Denied Parties List or the Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals, Terrorists and Narcotics Traffickers Lists (persons listed on either list shall be referred to as "Non-Authorized Persons"). United States export law strictly prohibits installation or use of this software by citizens of any country outside of the United States or Canada or by any Non-Authorized Person.
