E-Commerce StoreSense to upgrade to ProStores 6.1

With the successful hardware migration to our new Blade Servers, Dynamic Concepts is geared up and ready to upgrade our ecommerce StoreSense stores to eBay ProStores 6.1.

Our Blade Servers includes the latest operating system and development platforms for web and e-commerce applications. Store merchants should expect increased performance, due to the capabilities of these Blade Servers and the new ProStores software.

Please report any functional difficulties if some process in your store is not operating as before. It is best to e-mail us at support@dynamic.com or call 949.215.1200 and ask for support.

The operation of your store will be the same with the upgrade but you will now see the official ProStores logo in the Administration page of your store.

New ProStore 6.0 Features

The upgrade to 6.0 brings key enhancements around the shopping cart, checkout features, inventory management, eBay integration with Pay Pal, and Search Engine optimization. Several changes were also made to make it easier for merchants to setup and design their store, along with improvements with the Design Studio home page and the creation of Dreamweaver extensions. Improved On-Line Support Request

Occasionally, support issues arise and you will need some technical assistance. Dynamic's online support desk system is easy, automatic and designed to get you the best technical advisor for the specific technical issue you may be experiencing. The process gets your reported issue listed immediately and allows you to monitor its progress. Please take this opportunity to enroll online as a customer to view your account, receive important news and to submit on-line support desk requests. Click here to register.

To submit a request, sign in with your user name and password to log a technical problem to the support desk. When you submit a request you will need to assign it to a category, set the priority of the problem, and give a brief description. Once you submit a request a technical advisor will investigate the reported issue and respond within the same business day. ProStore Site Statistics

Merchants who wish to see their site statistics activity can access this information via their web browser by entering their website/domain at: http://reports.dynamic.net/reports/domain.com (replace the domain.com with your own domain). This log analyzer works to show you all possible information your site contains in a few graphical web pages that include:

  • number of visits, and number of unique visitors
  • Visits duration and last visits
  • Authenticated users
  • Days of the week and rush hour
  • Domains/countries
  • Host list
  • Robot visits and worm attacks
  • Search engine key phrases and keywords
  • Bandwidth
