Dynamic Concepts Completes European Seminar
Earlier this month, Joel Grotzinger, Dynamic's Director of Software Engineering, hosted a 2-day seminar in Frankfurt Germany to inform our European clients first hand about our product offerings and latest enhancements. We would like to extend our our sincere appreciation to Karl Heinz-Muller for his efforts in helping to make this meeting a complete success. A similar seminar is being planned for the US during the first quarter of 2009.
A cross-section of UniBasic and dL4 developers attended, as well as other developers whose background was from outside our community and originally developed applications on IMS/BASIC or Nixdorf BASIC. By far, the attendees were most impressed with dynamicXport, our web front-end that improves the user interface of existing software. The ability to store data in MySQL so it could be universally accessed by a variety of applications ran a close second. BASIC developers were shown how easy it is to convert to dL4 and take advantage of modern standards, including SQL, Web and GUI development.
"Everybody was really pleased with the seminar.
Your presentation broadened the horizon of most of us."
Karl Heinz-Muller
