UniBasic and dL4 licenses covered by an annual renewal or Software Assurance are eligible for new options and discounts in 2010.

Upgrade to Software Assurance Premium and we'll include, at no additional charge, whatever amount of space you need to fully backup all of your UniBasic/dL4 applications and data* to our backup servers. Discounted programs are available to backup other files, documents, databases and servers. If you need assistance, Dynamic can configure your server(s) to remotely and securely backup your data nightly.

Premium also entitles you to a 20% discount on our other hosting, email, disaster recovery and professional services. Hosting / email packages start at $12/month and an 8-user off-site Disaster Recovery server is only $82/month - a savings of $240/yr. off our normal price.

Adding Premium to an 8-user license costs less than $11/month; includes backup, hosting discounts, all of the traditional Software Assurance features plus one-on-one technical support and direct access to Dynamic's development team. Our standard renewal is priced at 10% of the price of your UniBasic/dL4 license and Premium costs 15%. Both renewals include Software Assurance to protect your investment in your applications and data with the following benefits:

• Upgrade to the latest versions of UniBasic/dL4, transfer to a different server or operating system, reallocate users between UniBasic / dL4 / dynamicXport. Consolidate smaller licenses into a larger system, or split a large license onto two or more servers - all at no charge


• 100% trade-in allowance on your existing license - pay only the difference between the existing and new license fees when adding or reallocating users between servers or products


• Obtain no-charge licenses for your own backup or disaster recovery servers. Pay only the applicable annual license renewals for your primary and backup servers

* While there is no hard limit to the amount of space you may use on our backup servers, a reasonable limit of two to three times the total amount of space used on your server for your 'active' UniBasic and dL4 programs and data, or a GB/user limit may be imposed. Storage exceeding these amounts, or for other types of data is available for an additional monthly fee.
