The Challenge
Not long ago, Quire Financial printed and mailed thousands of monthly statements for the loans they managed. Additionally, dozens of different financial reports - with frequencies of daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly - had to be printed, sorted by Quire and delivered by mail or courier. On these cycle report dates, staff would often work overtime to supply the required level of customer service that Quire Financial consistently delivers to their valued customers.
Students and schools regularly called requesting information that clearly should have been distributed electronically. In addition, the sales team continued to sign up thousands of new accounts, adding substantial administrative overhead. The entire process needed to be streamlined to increase customer service, while maintaining profitability.

Quire's front-end web server is co-located in Dynamic's data center. Customers login into a web server, to obtain real-time information from Quire Financial's application server, securely situated in their corporate offices.
Currently, students can also login and retrieve real-time information about their accounts, as well as update their information and schedule automatic electronic payments. Schools receive timely reports electronically, in a variety of formats, Additionally, the entire collection process has been automated through the web, allowing Quire Financial to manage growth, increase customer service and maintain profitability with less staff - passing on their savings to customers.
